Su Casa Hanoi Old Quarter

Bed was super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Bathroom clean and spacious. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchenette had proper knife 😄👌 hotels rarely do. Some pots, pans, plates etc. Really quiet room. All in all super nice hotel. There is also washer and dryer for guests to use. And nice little rooftop terrace. Especially convenient if you smoke.

Family of five with young children. Good location for visiting all the main sights. It was 10min stroll to the lake past lots of great shopping and spas. Many restaurants close by, directly opposite was great bahn mi, coffee and delicious croissants. It was less than 5 min walk to the train track, it’s south of the main ‘train street’ so we enjoyed the same experience without the crowds. The apartment is fabulous. Great beds, our kids loved the cute bunk area. The shower was brilliant. Good WiFi. We used the roof terrace as well as the diy laundry services (tip: bring your own washing powder). The desk was staffed during the day, we were given good instructions for access and check in/out processes. We felt comfortable and safe and loved using this as our home in Hanoi.

Location was very good, everything is walkable. The property was great, very spacious and good beds, airconditioning and shower. I liked that the TV is fully equipped with lots of channels and stuff to watch. The property has anything you need.

Very clean. Tidy and great location. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday. Security system is excellent. Elevator is small for people and luggage on arrival. The bed was hard but overall, a good stay.
